Jason has more than 40 years’ experience in the dry bulk shipping industry, first as a general port agent before going on to become one of the most recognized dry bulk shipbrokers in Greater China. He is known for his entrepreneurial drive, passionate client service and ability to devise customized solutions to our clients.

Amongst his many accolades, Jason was the 23rd President of the World Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and an Executive Member of the National Taiwan Ocean University Alumni Association.

Ben is a qualified Australian and Hong Kong lawyer and before joining MIT, was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company’s Travel, Logistics and Infrastructure practice group based in Hong Kong.

Ben has served clients across the shipping value chain including ports and terminal operators, vessel owners, freight forwarders and the World Economic Forum’s Supply Chain & Transport Industry Action Group.

Phoebe has 20 years’ experience in the dry bulk shipping industry. She has experience in multiple aspects of the industry, including agency, operations, projects and chartering. Phoebe currently leads our Capesize and Panamax teams.

​Emily has 20 years’ experience in the dry bulk shipping industry. She has had a comprehensive set of experiences from broker assistant to leading our Handysize desk. Emily handles a large portfolio of Owners/Operators and a diverse set of charterers.

Joyce has more than 20 years’ experience in the dry bulk shipping industry. Before heading our Agency team, she was a dry bulk shipbroker. Joyce is now responsible for agency affairs, as well as tenders for various Taiwanese businesses across coal, agricultural products and fertilizers. Joyce has comprehensive knowledge on all Taiwanese ports, providing her clients with unrivalled information.

Maegan has more than 14 years’ experience in the shipping industry, specializing in dry bulk vessel management and claims handling. Maegan’s team provides comprehensive operation services, including commercial negotiation and full post-fixture support to owners and charterers.
